Australian wines for airlines
Australian wine producer Dandelion Vineyards makes its debut appearance at Virtual World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo, promoting wines from the McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu, Barossa Valley and Eden Valley to the airlines and caterings.
Wines offered include Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Matario, Merlot, Pedro Ximenez, Petite Sirah, Riesling, Rose and Rousanne.
The wines blend the fruit of heirloom vineyards with the traditions of artisan winemaking of the Balkans and Australia under the care of a young winemaker. Vineyard founder and winemaker Elena Brooks as born and educated in Bulgaria. She has been working in the sector for many years and is seen as one of the bright stars of Australian winemaking. In 2020 Sommelier Wine Awards (UK) recognised the vineyard as its New World Producer of the Year.
Dandelion Vineyards grow their own grapes as well as source fabulous old vine fruit from some of the finest family vineyards in Barossa, McLaren Vale, and Eden Valley.
