Princess Cruises promises great service

While the cruise industry is suffering severe losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic, its leading figures are struggling to stay afloat by offering customers "a luxurious and unforgettable level of service on board ocean liners."

Princess Cruises (headquartered in Santa Clarita, California) is launching a new Princess Promise program. “Princess team provide exceptional service and a personalized approach to each traveler to ensure an unforgettable experience, - the company officials said. - Princess will do everything possible to provide any service on board that meets the highest expectations of passengers."

Princess is also expanding its booking policy, which will now allow guests the flexibility to change their plans up to 30 days before the day of departure, while receiving cancellation fees as credit for future cruises.

"When we sail again, our guests can feel at ease, - said Princess Cruises Chief Commercial Officer Dina Austin. - We promise a great cruise vacation and the flexibility to adjust reservations."
