The Lufthansa Group has chosen Retail inMotion (RiM) as the exclusive partner for the new in-flight retail concept.
RiM will provide the airline with its experience and best practices in the development and management of a customer-centric airline sales concept.
Lufthansa hopes the partnership will open up access to all of RiM's technology solutions and support efforts to deliver an integrated premium service package for passengers and crew using innovative digital methods. In particular, as part of the new concept of on-board catering, RiM has developed individual programs for the Lufthansa Group airlines.
