Renowned chef Jérôme Ferrer, a member of the French Culinary Academy and holder of the title "Maître Cuisinier de France", shared his impressions of cooperation with the Canadian airline Air Canada.
Since July, Chef Ferrer has been preparing meals for Premium Economy and Economy passengers on flights from Canada to Europe and Asia, as well as Australia and South America (once flights have resumed). The venerable culinary specialist has joined the airline's Canadian chefs in conjunction with the renewal of Air Canada's exclusive in-flight service program. It includes Signature Class and Chef Park extended catering for different destinations.
“It was a very exciting moment for me! - Monsieur Ferrer told the press. “As an international chef, it is a pleasure for me to share my culinary skills with Air Canada customers, to be part of their journey. I feel like an ambassador of the culture of my native France. I can't wait to share my experiences, creativity and introduce people to my culinary odyssey. Perhaps we will have the opportunity to meet aboard somewhere in the world on the wings of Air Canada.”
