PhD in Economic Sciences, the honorary professor of Plekhanov Economic Academy, awarded with the Medal of the Order «For Merit to the Fatherland». He works in the food industry since 1972. In 30 years of work he has made a career from a simple chef to the CEO of food production facility «Kremlevsky» where Victor was responsible for the meals to bandari dignitaries. Victor Belyaev cooked for Richard Nixon, Margaret Thatcher, Indira Gandhi and many others, and for our country’s leaders, of course. Victor Belyaev is the President of Russian Culinary Association since 2008.
