Virtual dialogue of the aviation industry
Reed Exhibitions, the organizer of Aircraft Interiors Expo and World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo, has announced details of the virtual Passenger Experience Conference taking place from 14 –16 September. The event will focus on new business models to address the changes and challenges that aviation has faced as a result of the pandemic, as well as changing consumer expectations.
Experts representing Airbus, Boeing, Panasonic Avionics, Heathrow Airport, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) etc. are confirmed to participate.
The conference will begin with a panel discussion that focuses on putting passengers at the heart of each journey in the digital age. The second panel will explore how to innovate new cabin environments. The first day will conclude with a session on democratising air travel for passengers with disabilities.
The first session on the second day will focus on how new tools are underpinning the industry’s recovery. Climate change are to be discussed on second panel. The final session will focus on strategies for a digital revolution in the cabin.
