JetBlue, which bills itself as the "airline of the City of New York," announced a major update to its Mint in-flight service.
The partners in this project are Delicious Hospitality Group, Tuft & Needle, Wanderfuel and Master & Dynamic.
“JetBlue's new take on Mint offers premium travel at an economical price,” said Elizabeth Windrum, JetBlue's VP of Marketing. "This will make the service introduced in 2014 more accessible to our guests, with the best food and hospitality, comfort and relaxation at 35,000 feet."
Mint's new dining experience features culinary creations from New York's Delicious Culinary Group from chef Ryan Hardy and sommelier Grant Reynolds. Gourmet cuisine made with seasonal ingredients, complemented by a selection of imported wines and cocktails prepared on board. The table setting and musical accompaniment imitate the atmosphere of New York restaurants.
Mint guests can also relax comfortably with the Tuft & Needle convertible blanket, memory pillow and updated sleep kits.
