A hereditary chef joined All Nippon Airways (ANA) 's THE CONNOISSEURS culinary program, known as Inspiration of Japan.
On November 16, ANA announced a contract with Yoshihiro Takahashi, the leading chef at Hyotei in Kyoto, renowned for its traditional Japanese cuisine.
First Class guests on flights from Japan to North America and Europe from September to November 2021 will be able to sample food from Chef Takahashi.

Yoshihiro Takahashi has received three Michelin stars for 12 consecutive years. For 15 generations, his family has linked life with the Hyotei restaurant, which is located on the territory of the Nanzenji Temple in Kyoto and has a 400-year history.
