Spanish airline Iberia announced on November 24 that it has added a new lunch menu to its in-flight catering range, featuring freshly prepared and exquisitely served dishes.
Particular attention will be paid to quality ingredients and Mediterranean food tradition. New catering provider DO & CO adheres to the strictest health and safety requirements when preparing meals for Iberia guests.
Passengers will be the first to enjoy this culinary innovation on all short, medium and transatlantic flights to the United States. In Business Class, on short to mid-haul flights, guests can enjoy Spanish-style omelet, oven baked potatoes, buttery croissants with fresh seasonal fruits, and coffee, tea and fruit juices. On long-haul flights, customers will be offered a dish of Spanish cheese and cold cuts. The menu also includes a tartlet with smoked salmon and Japanese rice, a cherry tomato salad with mozzarella, roast beef with hummus, and other exquisite food and drinks.
The company said that the diet was calculated by nutritionists taking into account the departure time and the length of the flight.
