The culinary competition among chefs from catering companies providing in flight meals for Russian and foreign airlines. In frames of the competition chefs will be able to perform their skills of cooking the national onboard dishes according to original recipes, and JSC Aeromar chef will cook the contestants’ dished according to adapted recipes.
Professional experience’s exchange, adaptation of national dishes’ recipes served onboard in order to provide the ability for Sky Delight 2020 ONLINE audience to cook the dishes at home.
